"I heard that the Cowboys might be interested... Derrick Henry can still help you in many ways, but time is running out." - Trey Wingo.
The front office of the Dallas Cowboys has done a good job filling needs on the team, including at running back.
Derrick Henry, a running back for the Tennessee Titans, has been tied to the Dallas Cowboys in a strange way for the last couple of weeks. We don't see why the Cowboys would want Henry.
Trey Wingo of Pro Football Network talked to Dallas about the "King Henry" story and said that if Henry did move, it wouldn't be on his terms.
Wingo said on Football Insiders that Derrick Henry could still be a very good running back, but that time doesn't wait for anyone.
"The way Derrick plays and his size are going to catch up with him in the end. I've heard that the Cowboys might be interested in taking him on, but it would have to be at their price, not Derrick Henry's price.
