Grizzlies star Ja Morant hurt his hand in the fourth quarter of his team's 128–112 Game 1 loss to the Lakers.
After Memphis lost on Monday, Morant told reporters that his chance to play in Game 2 is "in jeopardy," according to ESPN's Tim McMahon.
Morant said that he is in so much pain that he can't even "undo a balled-up pair of socks."
During the fourth quarter, Morant went up against Anthony Davis and tried to score. The 23-year-old fell on his hand and had to stay on the ground because it hurt.
He was then taken to the Grizzlies' locker room. He didn't come back to the game, but he was seen on the bench near the end of the quarter.
Before leaving Sunday's loss, the Grizzlies' guard had 18 points, six boards, two assists, two steals, and six turnovers.
