Injuries have kept Giannis Antetokounmpo out of Game 3 for the Bucks.

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo missed Game 3.

Due to a lower back ailment. He missed his second game.

Antetokounmpo hasn't played since Sunday's back injury after colliding with Miami's Kevin Love.

"He's just not ready," Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said before Saturday's Game 3.

"It's rarely linear. He cannot move. We'll monitor, collaborate, and pray for him.

Budenholzer said Antetokounmpo was improving earlier this week.

In Game 1, Antetokounmpo attempted a second-quarter comeback in 11 minutes.

But his limited movement forced him out of the game.
