After getting a foul in the first quarter, Giannis Antetokounmpo fell hard on his backside and left the Bucks' Eastern Conference playoff opener on Sunday.
"An X-ray showed that everything was fine," Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said. "We'll keep an eye on him and see how he does.
The second game of the series will be played in Milwaukee on Wednesday, and the Bucks will hope that the two-time MVP will feel better by then.
Antetokounmpo went to the locker room after he was taken out of the game. He left again with 8:33 left in the half and didn't come back. He came back with 9:56 left in the second quarter.
Budenholzer said, "He didn't look comfortable or sure of himself." "It felt like the right thing to do (to keep him out)."
The Heat also had to worry about injuries. Late in the second quarter, Miami's Tyler Herro broke his right hand.
