Sabonis tumbled to the ground after a collision in the fourth quarter, which the Kings won 114-106 to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
Green seemed to stamp on Sabonis' chest as the Warriors sprinted the other way with the ball, leaving the Lithuanian writhing on the ground.
After a lengthy review, Sabonis was issued a technical foul for grasping Green's leg while he was ejected for a flagrant 2 foul.
Green enraged Kings fans by cupping his hand to his ear, waving his hands, and standing on a chair.
