ABC renews 'Will Trent' for second season

Will Trent, the legal drama airing on ABC, has been picked up for a second season.

The television show based on the book series written by Karin Slaughter takes place in Atlanta and focuses on the main character,

who is a special agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Ramón Rodriguez, Erika Christensen, Iantha Richardson, Jake McLaughlin, and Sonja Sohn are the other main cast members of the show.
