Chisena filed the "All Rise" trademark as a "good and service" that covered using the Typeset on T-shirts, shirts, shorts, pants, hoodies, caps, and more, according to Justia.
Records showed Chisena had previously submitted patents, including baseball ones. Judge and MLBPA opposed it.
