The king of Italian food, pizza, is regarded as a global phenomenon. A pizza can be produced in a variety of ways and is adored by people of all ages. A pizza is one of the delicious meals you may have any day, whether it be savory or sweet. One can never say NO to pizza, whether it be vegetarian or not! Here is a great pizza dish that uses lamb meat and can be enjoyed by everyone for the non-vegetarians out there. Prior to discussing the lamb pizza, it’s crucial to note the benefits of lamb as a protein source for the human body. Zinc, minerals, and vitamins are all abundant in lamb.
Ingredients of Lamb Pizza
- 1 pizza base
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 medium onion
- 1/3 cup mozzarella
- 1 capsicum (green pepper)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 200 gm minced lamb
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
- 1 medium sliced tomato
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black olives
- 1 pinch powdered black pepper
- 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
- Step 1: Put a non-stick pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Put the minced lamb in it and cook until it becomes brown in colour.
- Step 2: Next, chaat masala and garam masala powder in the lamb meat. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt, and stir to mix well. Cook for at least 5 minutes and let it cool down.
- Step 3: Now, take the pizza base and spread tomato ketchup on it. Next, spread the cooked lamb mix over the base. Then, put capsicum, onion, olives and tomatoes. (Note: You can cut the veggies in your own choice.)
- Step 4: Now, nicely spread the cheese and sprinkle mint leaves over them.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven at 220 degree Celsius. Once done, put the pizza and bake for 4-5 minutes. Make sure the cheese has melted when you take the pizza out. Cut the pizza into equal slices, and enjoy your Lamb Pizza with tomato ketchup.
