Sadio Mane, who cost the German champions £35million and earns £250k a week, was allowed to train at Sabener Strasse on Thursday morning.
After their Champions League loss to Manchester City, Bayern Munich suspended Sadio Mane.
Mane, who joined Bayern last summer, was a late substitution at the Etihad but got into a fight with Sane in the 83rd minute. After the game, Mane struck his teammate. Bayern punished and suspended Mane.
Club statement: "Sadio Mane, 31, will miss FC Bayern's home encounter against 1899 Hoffenheim on Saturday.
He misbehaved following Bayern's Champions League play versus Manchester City. Mané will be fined."
Mane, who cost the German champions £35million and makes £250k-a-week, was allowed to train at Sabener Strasse on Thursday morning before the decision.
After meeting with president Oliver Kahn, sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic, and former City star Sane, Mane apologized to teammates.
He joked with teammate Benjamin Pavard and new head coach Thomas Tuchel during training. The ex-Chelsea manager even put Mane and Sane in the same warm-up group.
