The Golden State Warriors' Game 2 loss to the Sacramento Kings was dominated by Draymond Green's incident with Kings forward Domantas Sabonis.
They got mixed up around halfway through the fourth quarter, with Sabonis clutching Green's leg and Green stomping on Sabonis.
While the video appears to show Sabonis' chest taking the brunt of the blow, Green does not want people to be misled.
According to Marc J. Spears of ESPN, the Dubs forward requested an X-ray on his ankle, citing Sabonis' grab as the basis of his possible injury.
"Warriors star Draymond Green requested an X-ray on his right ankle after Game 2 loss to host Kings due to soreness, source confirmed to @andscape @espn," Spears tweeted.
"Another source says Green was injured when Kings star Domantas Sabonis grabbed his ankle before the stomp."
Green made a point of telling reporters about the grasping of his foot during his postgame press conference.
"My foot was grabbed. "It's the second time in two nights, and the refs are just standing there," Green remarked, via "The Athletic's" Anthony Slater.
I must land. I am not the most adaptable person. You can only take so many steps with him tugging my leg away."
